We encourage our involvement from the outset and prefer to be involved in all aspects of the project including and not limiting to initial design ideas, the selection of builder tenders, marketing strategies, finance, and legal issues. During the planning procedure, we personally work closely with the architect team to ensure maximum saleability, local support, enhancement of the area and of course profitability. Many amendments are often made on our recommendation to ensure the properties are suitable for purpose and appeal to the aimed audience. Further on in the development, we can work with interior designers, to create a profile of the type of Buyer the development will be aiming for, for them to dress the show home effectively.
Advice is given with respect to the fixtures and fittings, quality and selling, reservation procedure and advice on following the Consumer code for Builders.
We can create a mini website in house with blog updates of the development, organise press releases, and host Launch Events and Open Days. We can organise for the design and production of high quality hoardings, tasteful glossy brochures and branded marketing material.
We organise for legal advisors to assist the potential purchasers/sellers and give advice on the reservation procedure and sales contract, in addition we have financial advisors in-house whom can assist both the developer with commercial/development finance and the potential purchaser with their own residential mortgage.
We have strong relationships with local planning consultants whom specialise in taking the project from idea stage, right through to build.
