Karen is our Accompanied Viewer who has been local to Whitley Bay all of her life, so has a very good knowledge of the coastal area. She prides herself on taking time with prospective buyers or tenants to ensure the property viewing is a pleasurable experience, and all questions are answered where possible. Karen has an excellent knowledge of retirement living and building management, having been a House Manager in a local retirement development for the last 10 years. She is very approachable, and will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly and effectively for our landlords and tenants.
